Two women represent conflicting sides of a single individual, torn between convention and novelty. While one seeks comfort in domestic life, the other longs for the unknown. This duality takes place in waking life, until one woman walks away, leaving them both altered by distance, memory, and loss. In the end, they are able to relate only through the landscape of a dream that is both literal and absurd, as told through the lyrics of a song.
